Shipping policy

Domestic and International Shipping:

We work with S.F Express and FedEx to ship our domestic and international orders. Please contact us at info@bbcicecream.com.hk if you want to use a specific courier. 

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. For a list of all Hong Kong public holidays, please click here. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please kindly contact our customer service representatives at info@bbcicecream.com.hk for more information. Please be informed that in some cases, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected. Please note that the customer will bear the shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

We are shipping to all regions across Asia excluding: Taiwan, Korea and Japan


Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by BBCICECREAM HONG KONG.

For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. On some occasions, packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

Customs & Regulations

Customers should check their local postal regulations on restricted items since BBCICECREAM HONG KONG cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the country.

High Volume Sale Periods and Holidays Notice

Due to the high volume of orders during sale periods and holidays such as sales events and holiday months, please note that it may take up to two weeks to ship out your parcel. Additionally, our customer service representatives may take more time than usual to respond. We are working hard to satisfy each customer's needs and ask customers to remain patient during these periods.
